How it works
A few minutes to set up, then it watches the dates for you.
Type or paste your staff
Type or paste your staff and the dates their checks run out. Lines straight from your spreadsheet are fine: a name, an email, a check and a date.
One email every Monday
Every Monday you get one email: who's due, who's late, what to update.
One tap per reminder
Tap once to send each person a ready reminder from your own email. They tap the link in it and type their new date.
Try it with one date
Pick a check and a date, and see the days its reminders would go out. Nothing is saved.
Mia Thompson's CPR runs out on Friday 11 December 2026. amber
- It's on your Monday list from Monday 12 October 2026, 60 days out, with her reminder ready.
- On Friday 4 December 2026, 7 days out, you get an email about it that morning.
- If no new date is in by Friday 11 December 2026, you get an email that day.
It stops as soon as she types her new date.
What you get
First aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, asthma, the WWCC, child safety training and teacher registration, each with its own date, in one list that sorts itself.
Monday's email
Renewed this week, due in the next 60 days, overdue, and the National Register updates still open, each with its last day. Plus a short email the morning a check is 7 days out or runs out.
What your educator gets
A reminder from you, from your own email, naming the check and its date, with a private link to a one-box page where they type the new date. No app and no password.
What it keeps
Names, emails, each check and its date. No check numbers and no copies of certificates: those stay in your staff records.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't look anything up in state systems and it doesn't touch the National Register. It tells you what changed and by when, and you do those yourself. For businesses only; information, not legal advice.

Questions
Which checks can I track?
First aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, asthma, Working With Children Checks, child safety training and teacher registration are ready to pick. You can add anything else that has a date.
How do I get my staff in?
Paste the lines from your spreadsheet or type them. A name, an email, a check and a date is all it needs. It takes a few minutes for most centres.
Does it email my staff?
No. It only ever emails you. Each reminder is written and ready, and you send it from your own email in one tap, or copy it into a text.
What does an educator have to do?
Read your reminder, book the renewal, then tap the link in it and type the new date. There's no app and no password.
When will I hear about a check?
On your Monday list from 60 days before it runs out, by email again at 7 days, and on the day it lapses. It stops once a new date is in.
Does it check the Working With Children Check with the state?
No. You still verify each check in your state's system, as you do now. This keeps the dates and does the chasing.
Does it update the National Register?
No, that stays with you. When a date changes, it tells you, and shows the last day to update the register, 14 days on.
Do you keep copies of certificates?
No. We hold names, emails, the check and its date. Certificates stay in your own staff records.
Where does the information come from?
Only from you, and from your educators when they type a new date through their link. lapsebell.shop doesn't look anything up anywhere: it works out who's due from the dates you gave it.
What does it cost?
$39 a month for one centre, however many staff. The first 7 days are free with no card, and you can cancel any time.
Who can sign up?
Businesses only: approved providers and the people running their services.
